Gwyneth’s second offering of maritime melodies, inspired by true stories of ancestors at sea. Percussionist Pete Alan Richardson joins the band to create a more robust sound on ‘Cȃn y siarc,’ while the Parsons-tinged ‘Dail Tafol’ and ‘Iȃr fach yr haf’ offer a country mellowness. Working with the producer Dave Wrench, Gwyneth’s song-writing reaches a new maturity in her debut release on her own record label, Recordiau Gwinllan.
